Leagues run for 8 consecutive weeks, on the night and time you select. Each week for the first 7 weeks, players will compete in 4 matches generating points to determine who will be in the last week’s playoffs. Each Match consists of 15 throws total, or 3 rounds of 5 throws. In the playoffs on week 8, the top 16 players will participate in a double elimination tournament.

Although not necessary, league members are encouraged to bring their own axe that falls within the NATF standards of 1.25lb – 1.75lb and a wooden handle of at least 13” and the face (blade) no larger than 4”. Again, it is not required, but who would show up at their billiards league using the house cue? Approved Axes are available for sale in house for $15.We recommend booking your event in advance to ensure you have the best experience possible.

You MUST wear closed toe shoes.

All participants are required to have a photo ID at check in.

Walk-Ins are available during certain times. Walk-Ins are first come, first serve. Walk-Ins are accepted Tues-Friday 6-9pm / Sat-Sunday 11am-6pm. Walk-In groups smaller than 6 often have to share an arena with other Walk-Ins.

All participants are required to follow all rules and listen to instruction from one of our trained coaches.

Refrigerators are provided and Ice/Coolers are NOT allowed.

Outside food and drinks ARE permitted. There are also many local food options for you to place orders for delivery.

We require a $89.30 deposit for one arena, and $178.60 for two arenas.

4-11 players requires you to book 1 arena and a $89.30 deposit.

12-22 players requires you to book 2 arenas and a $178.60 deposit.

You can book an arena with less than the minimum of 4 or 8 people based off of the day’s minimum, but you will have to pay the full price for 4 or 8 players, again, based on daily minimum. Sun - Thursday minimum is 4 players. Friday and Saturday require 8 players

Bookings are required to be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Any booking request under 24 hours can only be done via telephone to ensure availability. Unfortunately, there is a last minute booking fee that will be applied.

Events can be cancelled 1 week before your scheduled event for a full refund.
